Apparently, we both have a bit of trouble keeping an exercise routine and staying motivated in general. I imagine someone reading this now can relate. Diatta is a distinguished fitness trainer whose objective is to help people live their fullest and most active lives possible. Diatta Harris is a lover of all things fitness. By day she is a Program Manager for an asset management firm and in the wee hours of the morning and late hours of the evening she is a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness coach working with in-person and virtual clients worldwide residing as far away as Malawi and United Arab Emirates.
Her service offerings include 1:1 in-person training, a wildly popular 30-day Cinch An Inch monthly fitness challenge, a 12-week fitness program for beginners and intermediate fitness levels and 8-week immersive coaching which is changing lives for the better 1 person at a time.
The objective for all of these programs is to help people live their fullest and most active lives possible.
She was invited and attended First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move campaign event to learn about the various programs the White House was promoting across the country. She has also been featured on Fox45 WBFF Baltimore Morning News with anchor Patrice Harris Sanders (no relation).
She has held several free workshops in the Baltimore metropolitan area teaching rising preteens to teenagers the benefits of good nutrition and exercise as well as volunteering as a presenter at local career fairs speaking on careers in the health and fitness industry.
