Episode Notes

Recorded May 23, 2021

To handshake or not to handshake, that is the question. These days, hand-shakes and hugs  require a mental calculation and quick review of the latest CDC recommendations before action.  Without a doubt, its a weird stage we are in. "Outside I feel a lot more comfortable, but as soon as you take me into an inside situation, as soon as I cross a threshold, its like a wave of anxiety comes over me." Rhumel

"There is a comfort behind my mask.  I reserve the right to wear my mask to make  me feel comfortable until I feel like stepping out of that." Twanda

"That's what this whole thing has been. Its been a trauma. It's been a trauma to all of us. No one gets over a trauma easily." -Rhumel

"As a collective, it's going to take us a while to get to where we feel normal." -Rhumel
