We are guessing that if you have kids in grade school or college, you are having to make some hard choices about going back to school. This week join us as we discuss the stressful choices we made. We hope that you can relate with our conversation that there are no good answers... we are all doing our best.
It's the usual season for school re-opening but nothing is as usual this year. As such, we parents have the harrowing responsibility of deciding whether or not to send our children back to school. All over the country, parents and their students are toiling over what happens next for our kids. Whether it is day care or college, there are no easy decisions in our households. Rhumel has one college kid going to live on campus and another taking classes from home. Twanda has one college kid taking all online classes while living in an apartment and one college kid who is taking a gap year at home in hopes of a regular experience next Fall. Our grade schools are offering online classes for the first several weeks with the intent of having in-person attendance thereafter.
