Aging is that dirty little secret that no one really wants to talk about.  The thing is, if we are lucky, we grow old.  But growing old doesn't mean that we can't live well and vibrantly.  Our guest Lynnis Woods-Mullins,  gives us real world examples of how to improve our lives over 40.    Be sure to check out her bio below, she is amazing.

Lynnis: Menopause is an opportunity to really get to know you. And what works for you.  In all areas of your life.  You no longer have to  life your life, nor should you be living your life to please everybody else. Because when you body is going those changes, you are looking for ways to take care of you. And that's a good thing.  That's what we should be doing all of our  lives. Lynnis publishes a mind, body, spirit e-magazine Wellness Woman 40 and Beyond, produces the hit wellness podcast series "The Wellness Journey Podcast Series" and the new mid-life lifestyle podcast series "V.I.B.E. She has also been recognized by National Association of Businesswomen for her work with wellness for women over 40.  Lynnis received the Extraordinary Woman Award by Sac Culture Hub and is a charter member of Sacramento Women's Chamber.
